OK Financial is operated by Brilliance Financial Solutions Inc., a licensed financial security advisory firm in Quebec, Canada. Our advisor, Onofrio Kanagaratnam, is licensed by the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) under certificate #274287 for insurance of persons.
We provide insurance advisory services and facilitate the purchase of travel, health, and life insurance products underwritten by third-party insurance providers. OK Financial is not an insurer — we act as an intermediary between you and the insurance company.
2. Insurance Products & Third-Party Providers
Insurance policies purchased through okinsure.ca are underwritten and issued by:
- Tugo (North American Air Travel Insurance Agents Ltd.) — travel medical insurance
- Destination Travel Group Inc. (DTGI) — visitor, student, and travel insurance
The terms, conditions, coverage limits, exclusions, and claims processes of each policy are governed by the respective insurer's policy wording. OK Financial does not guarantee coverage outcomes or claims decisions made by the insurer.
It is your responsibility to read and understand the policy documents provided by the insurer after purchase.
3. Eligibility
To purchase insurance through our site, you must:
- Be at least 15 years of age (or have a parent/guardian complete the application)
- Provide accurate and truthful personal information
- Meet the eligibility requirements of the selected insurance plan
- Have a valid payment method (Visa, Mastercard, or American Express where accepted)
Providing false or misleading information may result in denial of claims or policy cancellation by the insurer.
4. Pricing & Payment
Prices displayed on okinsure.ca are estimates based on the information you provide (age, trip dates, coverage amount). The final premium is calculated by the insurer's system at the time of purchase and may differ from estimates shown.
Payments are processed securely by:
- Moneris Solutions — for Destination insurance products (tokenized payment)
- Tugo's payment system — for Tugo insurance products (encrypted transmission)
OK Financial does not store your credit card information. All payment data is transmitted securely over HTTPS.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies are determined by the insurer, not by OK Financial. In general:
- Policies may be cancelled before the effective date for a full refund
- After the effective date, refunds are subject to the insurer's cancellation terms
- Policies with claims filed are generally not eligible for refund

6. Your Responsibilities
When using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate personal and medical information as required by the application
- Review your policy documents upon receipt and report any errors immediately
- Contact the insurer's emergency assistance line in the event of a medical emergency before seeking treatment (where required by the policy)
- Not use this website for any unlawful purpose
7. Limitation of Liability
OK Financial (Brilliance Financial Solutions Inc.) provides insurance advisory and facilitation services only. We are not liable for:
- Claims decisions, denials, or delays made by the insurer
- Coverage exclusions or limitations in the insurer's policy wording
- Errors in information you provided during the application process
- Service interruptions, system downtime, or technical issues beyond our control
Our total liability for any claim arising from our advisory services shall not exceed the premium amount paid for the policy in question.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on okinsure.ca — including text, design, logos, and code — is the property of Brilliance Financial Solutions Inc. and is protected by Canadian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without written permission.
9. Website Availability
